Guadalupe “Lupe” Amador Arrambide, 81 of El Campo passed away peacefully at home March 5, 2022. Guadalupe was born on December 26, 1940 to the late Luiz Amador Sr. and Hurvana Diaz Amador in El Campo, TX. She is preceded in death by her husband Paul Arrambide, daughter Pearl Arrambide, her parents Luiz and Hurvana Amador, sister Julia Reyes and brother David Amador. Lupe was born and raised in El Campo, with only having an education of 3rd grade she led a very accomplished life. Lupe worked at a variety of places, from the El Campo School District, to co-owning Paul’s Mexican Restaurant which was in business from 1974-1981 and retiring as a Private Duty Caregiver, caring for many residents of El Campo for over 20 years. Lupe was the heart of her family, she loved every single person in her family, but above all loved her Lord Christ and Savior. Lupe was a member of New Life Assembly of God and El Bethel Church dedicating her service through Music Ministry. She is survived by sisters Josie Solis, Lidia Hernandez, Mary Ines, brother Manuel Amador, daughters Elizabeth Reyna (Jesse), Terry Mendoza (Alfred), sons Freddie Arrambide (Melodye) and Arthur Arrambide, grandchildren Joshua Rodriguez (Rebecca), Derrick Gundelach, Rachel Rodriguez (Derek), Chris Rodriguez (Liz), Lindsy Arrambide, Jared Arrambide and Victoria Reyna (Sergio). Great-grandchildren, Damian Gundelach, Mikayla Bustamante, Christopher Rodriguez, Olive Shah, Adrienne Rodriguez, Alex Shah, Mikenze Bustamante, Sergio Martinez Jr., Penny Martinez, Jason Martinez, Greyson Gundelach and Raegan Segree. Pallbearers will be Joshua Rodriguez, Derrick Gundelach, Chris Rodriguez, Damian Gundelach, Christopher Rodriguez, Ray Rodriguez and Sergio Martinez. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 10 at El Bethel Church, 404 Bruns in El Campo at 9 a.m., service will be at 10 a.m., with burial following at Garden of Memories.
